In March of 2013 renowned vegan Chef Tal Ronnen opened Crossroads at the corner of Melrose and Sweetzer in Los Angeles. We are proud to serve mouthwatering Mediterranean meals in a refined environment. Crossroads is not what people picture when they think of a vegan restaurant. Now in May 2022 we've brought that same flavor and quality cuisine to Las Vegas. With upscale décor and lighting, we continue our passion for plant based dining with a full bar and inspired cocktail program. There are no obvious vegan cues and most guests don't even make the connection that the menus is plant-based - they just know that the restaurant is comfortable and the food is satisfying and delicious. Crossroads is defined not by what's missing but by what it is.Crossroads is an intersection where vegans, flexitarians, omnivores and meat eaters can cross paths to share a delicious meal and a good time. We believe great food should be enjoyed by everyone!

The staff was super friendly and engaging. The restaurant itself was very clean and tables well spaced and views from most, including into the kitchen! Staff recommendations were spot on and while we never felt rushed, we were never waiting for anything; a drink, food or the bill. Super experience and would absolutely return.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and this establishment exceeded our expectations. Our server, Jordan, was attentive and highly masterful over the menu - leading us to take his suggestions. We were "wowed" by the entire meal. We have a variety - sushi, dim sum, fish, beef, sake, cocktails, and wine. The Giant Fortune Cookie dessert with chocolate mousse put a fun end to the meal. The ambiance was very warm/romantic, although the colored wall of ancient opium pipes was an odd touch. The giant Buddha statue and the coloring of the decor were a delight. The very best part was the service. They had many employees flying around in an apparent orchestrated, sophisticated dance of controlled chaos - they worked as a team, and the food and drinks came out fast and hot. The attentiveness was impressive, with multiple team members taking care of us. I would come back here often if it were more convenient! I highly recommend reservations. The bar area is very luxurious/romantic and worth spending time there..but folks, please leave the kiddies at home and dress up above your normal schlep of Raider gear/ T-shirts and jeans!

The Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, setting the perfect tone for an evening out. The mixed green salad was fresh and perfectly dressed, providing a great start to the dining experience. The Beef Wellington was the standout entrée, absolutely incredible, cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The bread service added a comforting touch to the experience. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, making the evening even more enjoyable. Be sure to take a moment to admire the glass presentation case featuring unique items for sale, such as the restaurant's cookbook, perfect for anyone wanting to recreate the restaurant's flavors at home. This is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and refined dining experience in Las Vegas.

Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas is an amazing Restaurant. It is very deserving of its 5 STAR rating. You must try the wagyu tacos, vegetable tacos, A5 wagyu steak grilled flambé (their guests favorite dish), and of course dessert. The vanilla miso tart was scrumptious - YUM YUM. Lastly, the bartender made us really great mocktails.
