Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! Our server was outstanding and was patient with our large group of 8 who had varying tastes (and allergies to accommodate.) She spent time going over the entire menu and made perfect recommendations in amounts to order and in highlighting shareable items too. We were there on a show night and both got the filet trio which was scrumptious. Tried the charcuterie board for a starter which is a new item and it was really quite tasty.
