Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Montville

From appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious. This was our first time dining there and we will return! For appetizers we ordered the fresh clams, crab cake, and salmon poke. They were excellent. We ordered the Sunday Sauce, 12oz. Silicon and shrimp scampi for entrees. Everything was fresh and mouthwatering. We shared a huge piece of carrot cake for dessert. Phenomenal! We can’t wait to dine there again.

The ambiance at Ruth's Chris Steak House was both elegant and inviting, setting the perfect time for a great dining experience. But what truly made our visit exceptional was our server Hilary. Hilary's attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel right at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped us navigate through a range of great options. Her recommendations were spot-on, from the perfectly cooked steaks to the great sides. Every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Hilary's service was impeccable throughout the evening. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was alway there with a smile. Her professionalism and genuine passion for her work truly elevated out dining experience. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, Ruth's Chris Steak House is the place to be, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Hilary, you're in for a memorable evening. The food was so delicious and well-prepared. The service was impeccable; the entire staff was attentive, friendly, efficient, respectful and very kind. It was our anniversary and while we had indicated that on our Open Table reservation, we had not mentioned it when we were there. When they brought our dessert the words ‘Happy Anniversary’ were piped in chocolate on the plate along with a lit candle on the plate for us. Many other places we have gone to have via Open Table overlooked those details. Can’t wait to go again!

We always enjoy Mezza, and we have brought many people here who also love it. The food is always innovative, excellent, and well presented. The chef and servers are able to work with you to adapt many dishes to meet specific dietary needs. BYOB and there is a wine/beer/liquor store a couple minutes' walk away in the same shopping plaza. Very attractive decor and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Today we had hummus, tzatziki, lamb shank, whole grilled branzino, and gelato. All excellent. Highly recommended.
