Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Pound Ridge

From start to finish our experience at La Vista was top notch! We went for Brunch and the food was delicious with generous portions, beautifully served. The wait staff were super friendly and attentive and the restaurant is elegant yet still unassuming and cozy. We will be back!

We’ve eaten at Moderne Barn many times and always enjoy our meals there. They are smart business people too. This time there was a blip twice. Our friend’s haddock dish came cold. They immediately replaced it and to make up for the blip, gave us 2 desserts on the house. Make sure to read your bill carefully as they accidentally charged us for the two desserts but once brought to the manager’s attention, he immediately corrected it. Mistakes happen and smart business people/restaurants know how to keep their customers satisfied and wanting to come back. I applaud Moderne Barn for their smart hospitality.

I was a little disappointed with the Chicken Pop Pie. All the other food order was fantastic.

We had 8:30 reservations and were the last to leave on a snowy night and never felt rushed Our server was gracious and attentive without being overly solicitous. We all had fish, steelhead and branzino and they were superb. The ceaser salad was disappointing as it was too dry and unfortunately all four of has had it as a starter. We had dessert and all were quite good. There was no bread or amuse bouche so nothing that spoke to who the restaurant was. I would say it was a good dinner but not amazing or inventive. It was a tad overpriced but I likely wouldn’t have noticed if there had been more of the chef innovation or voice in the experience
