Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Normal Heights

The spouse & I were visiting my daughter, who lives in San Diego. She had not been to Madison & neither had we. We all enjoyed the tomato & burrata appetizer. We also had the cioppino, Tuscan sausage rigatoni & chicken piccata; all were so good! Spouse & I had the Ibarra & The Woodsman, which were delicious. Service from Kylee excellent. We also enjoyed the music. My daughter plans to bring her roommates here.

Had a great dinner with friends last night at Blue Boheme! I made the reservation through this app on the same day and the only option at the time was outdoor sitting. The server (sorry I forgot her name) made the dining experience wonderful! She was very attentive and gave great food and wine recommendations. After we finished our La Planche appetizer, we asked if there’s an available table indoor (as it was getting chilly outdoors). The server went in and checked. A couple of minutes later she came out and told us the good news! So we moved inside and had our main course. Everyone loved their picks (I got the pork chop - so good! The rest got the duck, scallops, and a chicken dish). The indoor ambience was lovely, and the entire staff was amazing. It was my second time dining at Bleu Boheme and definitely will not be the last.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. So glad I did. The drinks were amazing. I had the cauliflower appetizer and it was delectable. Definitely check them out!

We have been here several times and it’s pretty good! Definitely the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Service can be touch and go but nothing too bad. When we stay at the Marriott this place is always our fall back.

We had a great experience and everything was great!! Server was very good at recommending what to get and both plates was amazing glad we listen to her. Would definitely come back again
