From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a small child with us and the staff went out of their way to cater to their dietary needs and adapt a meal to suit their tastes. The food is exceptional, bursting with wonderful full flavours and portions large enough to leave everyone feeling very full. Every plate was completely empty, no one wanted to miss a single bite of the food. I really highly recommend the restaurant, it's always such a fantastic experience from start to finish, and has easily become my favourite restaurant for all occasions.

We ate at Al Molo on Saturday night, having been highly impressed with the food and service when in Weymouth. My wife started with the ham, mozzarella and tomatoes and I had the scallops, both were fantastic. We then went on to have monkfish wrapped in Parma ham and lobster and prawns. They were wonderful, fabulous tasting and very well presented. The staff were excellent as expected. Overall a brilliant night enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

Visited for the first time today, although myself and hubby have visited a number of ivys in the past and the new Bournemouth brasserie lived up to the high expectations of the Ivy. We were greeted with very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff that honestly could not do enough for us. The decor is absolutely stunning and the service from start to finish was impeccable, we felt like royalty!! Most importantly the food was stunning. It was served to us in a very timely manner, well presented, hot and it was extremely delicious. We have already booked for Valentine’s weekend as we were totally blown away by the whole dining experience. Thank you and merry Christmas to all the wonderful hardworking staff at the Ivy that really did go above and beyond to make our experience a fantastic one.

There is always a smiling friendly welcome from Connor and his team. We got the table we requested in the main restaurant and close to the warm woodburner. Great variety of food and drinks on offer for lunch and all reasonably priced. The Xmas trees were all sparkly giving a lovely festive atmosphere.

We had an area booked for drinks for my cousin’s 50th birthday. They let me bring a huge ballon etc that they set up for our arrival. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I’d definitely drink there, it’s my kind of place! Brilliant music, good atmosphere, enjoyed it. Drinks weren’t overly cheap but they aren’t anywhere are they?! Really good night.
