We were 6 loud people and he got us to listen in such a lovely, tactful way we didn’t feel interrupted. He marshalled our order as people changed their minds and totally made the evening. The lamb and the trotter were lovely and the mushrooms and polenta were great to have something that wasn't meat. We really liked the sharing of the dishes and a thumbs up to the waiting staff too, who made it a really enjoyable experience.
