We have a really great dinner, so happy I booked Gilson. We had a table of 6 and we all enjoyed the food and it was so busy, but we still had good attention from our waiters. Also the Spagetti Cacio Pepi was amazing. 😁🫶🏻

The smoky undertones of the duck complemented the sauce beautifully. The chicken dumplings, coated with a rich and smooth peanut chili sauce, were another highlight. The restaurant's high ceilings and spacious layout contributed to a pleasant ambiance, creating a comfortable dining environment. Ambience is amazing the way the whole restaurant layout has been done is next to none. Service was 10/10 and the food is on the pricy side but worth it. Will be coming back again to try the different options such as the chefs special menu or the sushi. Overall experience was amazing.
