BEAR Hockley is perched slap-bang in the middle of Nottingham's creative neighbourhood. With its small red frontage nestled in amongst the rainbow colours of Carlton Street, the store has a lot more to show off inside than first meets the eye.     Had an incredible night celebrating our anniversary. Tasting experience was incredibly interesting and unique. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's gluten intolerance, and every team member we spoke to were amiable, polite and great conversationalists.

    Nice clean restaurant, greeted with a smile. Tables spread out nicely, not cramped. Good selection of meat (shame we never got the chicken heart and wings even thou we asked. Large selection of salads etc. Friendly and efficent service. Would definetly recommend. Party of 7 and all 7 had a great meal.

    Fantastic champagne breakfast! Menu is excellent, some really gorgeous dishes! The service is exceptional and we were made to feel very welcome. We loved the Christmas decorations too! Our second visit for our anniversary and we will definitely return! I think this could be a regular for us! Thanks to all the staff who looked after us today! X
