We love how the family dishes come out one at a time which paces your meal and doesn’t overwhelm you. The rice just keeps coming which keeps the kids happy too. Our waiter greeted us and was pleasant yet seemed a bit busy and took awhile to take drink orders. Our waiter quickly picked up the pace however and we received great service. The appetizers of crab and mushroom dip was especially delicious, the fried green tomatoes was a winner, the country fried steak which the majority ordered was fantastic and we especially loved the Jalapeño gravy and cornbread which kept its texture beautifully. The Texas size pour on the Old Fashion was exceptional. Overall the ambiance was for me was the icing on the cake. A modern western, farmhouse design with beautifully crafted wood, light filled chandeliers, fabric tapestries hanging, leather seating. The service is top notch and the restaurant is beautiful. Most importantly, the food is amazing. We started with the crab cake and hot stone wagyu and I highly recommend both. For entrees, the prime ribeye was one of the best steaks I have ever had, and the halibut was perfectly prepared. Overall, it was a beautiful evening, and an outstanding experience.
