Best Restaurants for Foodies in Alpharetta

Valentines evening, so it was packed. Server still had a great attitude hours in. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time, but you have to expect that on Valentines. Food was excellent and came out on time. Drinks were really good, too. I thought they did a really good job and we will be back.

Everything was perfect! Food was delicious! Server was amazing! All the details were taken care of!

Our regular Valentines Day Dinner restaurant got booked up so we had to find a new steakhouse. I ended up landing on Bask Steakhouse and I am very glad we found this place. To start, when we walked in an older couple had thought they made open table reservations but never finalized it so Bask had no reservation, but rather than just tell them sorry, we’re booked the general manager walked next door to another decent restaurant and got them a reservation there. I thought it was a nice gesture since he had no openings at bask. Once in the restaurant, it’s very dimly lit but really nice. The wait staff was very nice and well prepared. We settled in the lobster morsels, which were very good as an appetizer. The main course we split the steak flight for two (3OZ wagyu, 8OZ Spinalis, and 8OZ Filet) and it was absolutely delicious. When we return I think my wife and I will get the wagyu as it was special. I also recommend the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the Crème Brûlée. Thanks Bask for a wonderful Valentines Day Dinner.

Rumi’s was very good. I had the love and peace cocktail as well as the Rumi’s wings as an appetizer. My waiter offered me gluten free bread, amazing! Very flavorful flat bread. I had the chicken kabob and my husband had the filet mignon kabob or beef kabob. Everything was delicious and gluten free!

What an outstanding meal - presentation and taste! This was the best meal of any kind of I've had in a very long time and highly recommend it. My friend and I shared the Ka-Nom Jeen Jumbo Lump Crab Curry, the Steamed Mussels and the Fresh Papaya Salad with giant prawns. The meal was a perfect blend of flavors, spices and textures. I was essentially drinking the curry coconut milk broth the mussels were cooked because it was so delicious and the crab curry was out of this world - creamy, perfectly spicy and lots of crab, too. Everything was nicely presented with beautiful flowers and the staff was just lovely. I can't wait to return and try more items!
