Le Luca a ajouté d'étonnantes touches personnelles dans sa cuisine, que ce soit sur le pain et les pâtes fabriqués chaque jour ainsi que la charcuterie et les fromages séchés sur place, mais également dans sa décoration avec un dessin au fusain réalisé par le fils du chef Bonanno (qui a donné son nom au restaurant), et accroché dans la salle à manger. Coloré et animé, le menu savoureux du Luca a été conçu pour que vous vous abandonniez à la gourmandise.
