Le est l'un des rares chefs proposant une cuisine moderne aux influences d'Asie du Sud-Est à avoir reçu des critiques dithyrambiques. Cette passion lui a été inculquée par sa mère, dont il conserve le souvenir des délicieux plats qu'elle préparait dans son enfance. Le restaurant est ouvert du lundi au samedi pour le dîner et le souper. Les propriétaires possèdent toujours un stand sur les marchés fermiers de Blaisdell, Kailua et KCC.
