Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.     I have wanted to eat here for a while and got the chance this week. It was everything I had hoped for and more... Seasonal menu with great choice and the cookery absolutely on point. What's lovely is that there are four courses with choices on each course which works for me better than a tasting menu where the diner doesn't have choice. Everything I had tasted and looked amazing. You can tell its based on classical French roots...the core ingredient is the star and is not 'messed about with'. The associated sauces, garnish, textures all compliment it. Great wine list and a very good range of wines by the glass which works well if you have four courses with the choices supported by knowledgeable but unpretentious sommeliers. Good food is one thing but its the service and ambience that makes a restaurant you want to return to. I definitely will be returning whenever I can. Fantastic food and wine in an elegant but unstuffy environment with knowledgeable, cheerful and perfectly attentive staff. Thank you!

    Amazing experience from the arrival to the departure. We were looked very well by the team and even offered a table by the window. Great selection of signature cocktails with good use of ingredients, presentation and choice of glassware. We liked the classics too- especially the Negroni. Beautiful atmosphere and sleek service. Keeps up the good work. We will be back there.

    Charming and efficient service. We ordered the set “Experience” menu to save time. It was all delicious but the crusted chicken was a little dry. The room we were in was very cold but staff responded to our complaint and heating improved. The restaurant is stunningly decorated from floor to ceiling! The music was very loud 70s disco, so great for a party meal, not for a romantic evening.

    Food was excellent and definitely a premiere dining experience. Cocktails were delicious. Only disappointment was that the nan breads arrived too late on third time of asking. We were not charged for them but would of course have preferred to have eaten them as an accompaniment to our main meal. Overall experience was excellent though and we will be coming back.
