Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. The place is located within a business building so it is not usually crowded during weekends which is sad since the spot is very well set. The touch of Chef Lula Martin makes mexican dishes a full culinary experience.
