At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno.     Decided to try the restaurant after visiting the bar many times. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was from every aspect including the food. It’s the closest we have come to experiencing good Italian food outside of Italy and there’s no need to go to NYC. Will come back for sure and glad to have found this gem.

    Married to an Italian who missed grandma’s feast of the seven fishes. Finally found a restaurant close to home that served it on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint! 10/10 absolutely amazing! While a 3 hour dinner isn’t for everyone, it’s truly an experience! Service was outstanding, food was incredible, overall fantastic! Will definitely be back before next Christmas. Sarah was perfect! And the 2 managers we interacted with (by choice to share the positive) were so hospitable. Great job by all!

    The chicken shish-everyone will love, tender and spicy. The pita bread is so good with their hummus, it's a great start The MANTI with mushrooms is beautifully spiced, the flavor in the sauce is very rich but instantly delicious. I love the Turkish coffee-it's an original. Desserts are lovely, chocolate mousse-exceptional. I'm going back to try new dishes, the menu has a nice variety. Excellent staff, courteous and friendly. I's a big hit!

    The restaurant is beautiful with a cozy atmosphere. Went there twice and both times everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and the service is wonderful. The spicy tuna nachos are my favorite. The chips are home made and the best i ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy
