Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!

Great value for the bbq buffet, and the meat and sashimi quality is great, with lots of variety. The VIP room is nice for a birthday and the staff are very thoughful to leave a small gift and candle. Its our second time dining here and we will be back.
