Excellent. Ambience was superb and our server Joanne was professional and fun at the same time, taking good care of the 4 of us. We highly recommend the crispy tuna sushi, and the octopus. Fresh, innovative and delicious. The Filet Flight was amazing and worth every penny. It featured prime, wagyu, and grass-fed 4 oz filets. We were welcomed warmly and greeted by friend Pastry Chef Ryan Walker who made sure we had a selection of signature cookies, the six layer carrot cake and more. Thank you Chef Ryan for your recommendations, selections and incredible deserts. Make Guard & Grace your next dining experience in Denver.

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.
