Best Restaurants for Foodies in Yountville

We all loved our meals!However,the plates were not warm so it rushed the heat right from the food.But the flavors were great!Too bad about the plates-its a silly issue that shouldn't even come up in an a la carte setting.Expensive but well worth the atmosphere and service...Next time we look forward to a hot plate-we will return!!

Once again, Mustard’s delivers another wonderful dining experience…on Valentines Day no less! Great service by our server, Lonnie! Delicious entrees and well made cocktails hit the spot. My wife had a salad with crab cakes and was very pleased. I had the lamb shank, which was prepared perfectly. If you go to Napa Valley, you must go to Mustard’s.

As lovers of high-end dining, we can confidently say that our experience at SingleThread was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the stunning presentation and the flawless execution of every dish, this was truly a level of excellence we had never encountered before. Every detail was meticulously curated, making for an unforgettable evening. SingleThread is not just a restaurant—it’s a masterpiece in hospitality and culinary artistry.

We had reservations and arrived on time, were seated after a 10 minute wait. The restaurant is quite large and was busy with a robust noise level. Focaccia was delivered shortly after we were seated, however we had to request the crusty bread service twice before getting it. My husband’s branzino was excellent-tasty and cooked perfectly. The ravioli was also very good-I ordered a split order-three ravioli in lemon sauce, three in tomato sauce. We did not save room for dessert but the selection was appealing. The price is reasonable. After a full day of wine tasting we did not order from the beverage/wine list. Ample parking.

This is one of our very favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Food and service are impeccable. It is particularly lovely to sit in the main room with the fireplace where they are often roasting meat. It is a special place. Don’t tell too many people!!
