Honestly, the best meal I’ve ever had. I got the blackened chicken with mushrooms and shrimp + scallop oscar. 🤤 I explained it as transcendent. Krista was an incredible server as well.

Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. It's the ideal spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual outing or a special celebration. The service is top-notch—professional, attentive, and always friendly. Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Family of 6 gathering pre Christmas, we all had fantastic meals - steak, mashed potato rolls, burger, fries, chicken burger, truffle fries, chicken parm, warm salad and something else - all 5 star excellent! The apple pie is the best i have had ever - stunning! Our service was wonderful. It was a little loud to talk that’s the only critique otherwise fantastic! Will recommend to family and friends.
