Sure but it’s delightful to be part of their training process. The food is excellent, the wine pairing lovely. We enjoyed interacting with our servers and learning about their paths to the CIA. We’re already planning a summer visit.More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.8
- LLNew York State •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI met my brother and his wife for lunch and everything was perfectly done and delicious. Service was also very attentive and accommodating. I have eaten at all 3 CIA restaurants and take for granted the luxury of being able to do so given I live in Dutchess County. My brother and his wife, on the other hand, had never been to the CIA restaurants given that they live across the river and a fair distance from the CIA campus. They were extremely pleased with all of the lunch entree options, as well as, the food and service. We plan on going back soon so they can experience another of the CIA restaurants. Winter Prix Fixe is an amazing opportunity to experience delicious food for a reduced cost. They can't wait to go back!More infoCaterina de Medici at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Hyde Park•4.8
- JJudithNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had stopped visiting Bocuse (although we regularly make the 92 mile drive to the other restaurants and the bakery) due to a bad experience just before Covid. The folks at Bocuse have redeemed themselves, and our experience from welcome reception to paying our bill was top notch. We always enjoy chatting with the students to find out where they are from and what they intend to do in the future. All the students we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our food was plentiful, hot and delicious with a beautiful presentation. The icing on the cake were the chocolates presented with the bill. Thank you to the students and their instructors for this outstanding experience in lunch time dining!More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.8

It has always been excellent. It has become a place where my wife and I can unwind and enjoy ourselves. The servers Yves and Tai take it over the top with their outstanding service, suggestions, and conversation. In my humble opinion, you will find it hard to find anything wrong with the food on the menu. Take your significant other there with a bottle of white or red or both.....you will not regret it.More infoThe Saddle River InnPrice: Expensive• French• Saddle River•4.9
