We're most famous for our themed afternoon teas which change regularly and are served from noon until last service at 3.30pm daily. As the Home of Afternoon Tea, we also serve some spectacular savoury versions of tea, including Beforenoon Tea, seafood option Afternoon Sea and our cheese-based option Afternoon Cheese. It has become a successful and established bar and restaurant, offering customers a choice of a regular selection of some 45 beers together with a selection of special beers. The menu is based on serving only the best products available freshly prepared daily, at realistic prices, in an informal relaxed "friends and family" atmosphere. It provides more than just the meal or drink but a whole Belgian experience.     We had a lovely lunch- food was very tasty and good value. Service was excellent- the waitress was attentive but also gave us time… we never felt rushed and enjoyed just being there! A really good experience- it felt special. We will definitely be coming back!

    A warm friendly welcome. We had a great table in the window. We chose from the lunch menu and started with mussels in a wine sauce, absolutely delicious and then homemade fish cake with pea purée, again delicious and well presented. I don’t usually have a pudding but I’m glad I did! Chocolate mousse and passion fruit sorbet, they complimented each other. We were offered canapés which were yummy and had homemade bread with the meal. Good wine selection and fabulous service. What a treat in Norwich and a pretty part of the city. Will definitely be back very soon
