Cucina Caprese is an Italian pizzeria that specializes in Pizza Napoletana, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The pizza was incredibly fresh, with flavors that surpassed even the ones I enjoyed in Naples! The service was top-notch, making the visit even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot for a delightful lunch. Highly recommended

i’ve dined here eight or 10 times over the years just brought someone new last night and he raved about the entire experience: food service creativity. We got the tasting menu and as usual the Alna and the Kampachi were huge hits early on. The subtlety combined with sharp notes took what could otherwise be very straightforward and made them rich. It was all excellent but as usual the Leppo chicken is Callie’s feathering the cap for that experience. Why doesn’t have a Michelin star is beyond me? Perhaps it’s the more casual approach to dining, but the food is easily Michelin quality for my taste by far away the best food in San Diego south of Addison

Had a fun lowkey evening with a friend. We could have happily ordered a dinner of all appetizers if the pizza didn't sound so good. We got the appetizer trio and the burrata for starters and the truffle bianche pizza (no pic) and ended with some classic tiramisu. I enjoyed wine with our dinner and my friend got a wonderful specialty fall spritz. The most disappointing bite was the stuffed squash blossoms, I was just expecting more than it was. It was bland with way too much coating. I think the burrata with Prosciutto was the best bite. It wasn't overly salty and just tasted fresh and creamy. I would definitely go back, there's so many other items on the menu I would try.
