Best Restaurants for Groups in Fair Oaks Ranch

This was me & my wife’s first visit and despite us being surprised there wasn’t a standard menu to order things the experience of various meats and sides was plentiful, filling and taste was exquisite. The staff teamed to ensure our every need was taken care of throughout the evening. The team was without exaggeration an impressive optimal example of excellence in customer care & attention. We hadn’t been to San Antonio in over 25 years & the cost was expensive for my wife & I because we rarely eat out these days. However, the dining experience worth every cent paid & tip rendered. Kudos to the management & employees because a lot of training and planning goes on behind the scenes to create what we experienced tonight.

Tiani was amazing and the food was incredible! I think other restaurants could take note on how Haywire creates and delivers on the customer experience while dining with them. Not only did she take the time to understand our needs, she built value in creating a personalized experience. We actually observed her ability to easily do so with each table she had near us. We are very impressed with the manager who also took care of a gift card we were handed prior to the establishment opened. Very pleased and will definitely be returning often.

I have been here several times and it’s always great! I had the pork chop as usual and it was excellent! I only wish my waitress would have put the applesauce for my pork chop and the truffle butter for my fries in my To Go bag when she boxed it all up. That would have made me give the 5th star for service.

I definitely recommend eating here! We had phenomenal service (our server was Amanda). The food was delicious. The steak melts in your mouth. The presentation is amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they really wowed us with the dessert! We will be returning here soon.

Michelin got it right when they acknowledged this restaurant as one of the best. The appetizers were perfect. The octopus, fried oysters and the Foie gras were the best we have had anywhere. The halibut was so fresh and perfectly prepared, you could have sworn you were eating jumbo lump crabmeat. The sauces that accompanied each dish were perfect. Our server Grace anticipated our every need. The Paper Plane cocktails and the lovely Sancerre paired well with the food. We also want to thank Chef Jamie Torres for his hospitality and excellent skills in making this evening one we will remember always. René Robichaux
