- MMeredithGuam •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe staff at Lumi were able to accommodate our early seating request which was an hour before our reservation. The sake flights are such a unique item to have and the 2 we had were amazing. The fish was super fresh and tasty. We also go a free mochi ice cream for our anniversary which was a very nice gesture. We found a $50 off a $150+ bill on the in kind app which was also super awesome! Highly recommend.More infoLumiPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.6
- JJohnVIPOrange County •31 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoLou & Mickey's is a traditional steak house restaurant with a unique in-house drying chamber for aged beef sold by the ounce. The fine-dining, white tablecloth experience was only slightly lessened by the paper table topper. Service here is from experienced staff. Our server had been there for 30 years. The layout of the restaurant offered a variety of spaces including outdoor and bar-style environments in addition to indoor booths and tables for small and large families and groups. The menu is pricey but consistent with other high-end establishments in the area. The location is at the entry to the Gaslamp Quarter directly across from the San Diego Convention Center. Though it was not very busy when we visited, this is the kind of place where a reservation would be useful due to the quality and location.More infoLou & Mickey'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.7
- LLisaSan Diego •27 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 29, 2024The host was very friendly. The decor was pleasant and the restaurant embraced theme around the bar and in the menu. We were seated in a cozy booth. Waitress was warm and welcomed us within a few minutes of getting seated. We ordered salmon potato latkes. It was a generous portion and very delicious. We also ordered apple pancakes and avocado toast which were also good. We will be back again.More infoBooks + RecordsPrice: Expensive• American• Banker's Hill•4.7
