用餐環境明亮，取餐動線還不錯食材新鮮、種類多桌號夾子標示可以再明確些(取用手卷的夾子，一次只能一個稍嫌不足)

特製調酒很好喝，調酒師都很專業，可以不用一定要喝酒單上面的酒，跟他說想要怎樣的酒感就可以調出一杯令人滿意又好喝的味道，很厲害！

頗瓦不但酒好喝，食物也不錯吃，又開發了一間可以多去幾次的Bar，是這次台南行最大的收穫之一，沒有之一。

沙拉，薯泥、蘋果醋可以再續，兒童餐飲和餐具、水杯都很齊全，餐點份量很足，選擇的種類也很多，吃完副餐整個飽到不行，已經來用餐很多次了
