Traxx Restaurant and Traxx Bar are located inside beautiful, historic Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles. We are a semi-fine dining restaurant with a casual attitude and relaxed atmosphere. Our restaurant serves scratch made American Bistro dishes using local a local bakery and local ingredients. We offer seating on our concourse (located in front of the restaurant inside Union Station), the Dining Room, and on our outside Patio in the courtyard.     Madison was an amazing host. Her customer service and hospitality was top tier! Manager was also very kind enough to make accommodations for my autistic son. All servers were great as well but Madison’s kindness stood out the most. The food and drinks were also very good. I had a French 75 for the first time and it was enjoyable. I don’t usually drink gin because of the taste, but you can barely taste it.

    Had a wonderful time at Saffy’s last night — I have high expectations for this restaurant “group” and y’all deliver great food and service every time. This was also the first time in a long while that I’ve received a bill and thought “this is less than what I was expecting,” a rare joy in these economic times. Happy holidays and thank you!

    Our server Geoff was Amazing! Immediately after seating me as I was waiting for my guest he let us know if we needed anything we could ask another server to assist. He was very attentive and one of the best servers I’ve had! My experience before wasn’t so great the last time I went, but I’ll be asking for him every time! Definitely coming back…thanks for making my experience one of the best ones I’ve had Geoff! They definitely need more servers like you!!!!
