Best Restaurants for People Watching in Southern Highlands

Lovely atmosphere and cocktails! 5 plates was enough for 4 people to have a bit of everything and feel satisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stop by again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the good food. We were not sure if this was going to be another mediocre restaurant that has a celebrity’s name linked to it. We first stopped for lunch. Split the Kobe burger…..wow it was one of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time! Returned for dinner. Hubby had the ribs…again, flavor was amazing and ribs were tender, getting his approval says a lot. I had the Italian salad. Salads are huge and plentiful! I would recommend Guy Fieri’s establishments! Pricing… well i would say industry standard for Las Vegas. Go, try and enjoy for yourself!

Love The George for a lot of things. This visit was just slightly off but it was still a good time. The Babe is a root beer old fashioned and recommended. When in a group we always seem the have an order of Truffle fries and Philly Steak egg rolls before the good stuff shows up. Upscale American style food drinks. Definitely a great place to grab a bite and a drink 🍻

Ok! So, I made a reservation thru open table the day before I planned it, with no problems, very easy. At the time of my reservation, its was easy , nobody in line at the time. We were given the option to eat outside, which we did. My buddy and I ordered the same thing, the awesome burger and fries combo. I added bacon and had cheddar cheese, my buddy had brie cheese and added bacon and an egg medium cooked. When we got our food, they messed up in the kitchen, they put the egg on my burger amd when they tried to just put the egg on my buddies burger, it fell apart spilling yellow yolk all over my burger, so they took it back to the kitchen and refired a new one for me. My buddy is enjoying his burger when he gets a 5” black hair he pulls from his mouth, yuck! The Manager of the restaurant came by our table and gave us a free bonus order of fries while i wait for my food. He told me my burger is first on the list in the kitchen. I tell him “its cool, it happens sometimes” My buddy tells the manager about the hair he found in his mouth. The Manager says he is goin to take care of it for us. My buddy has only an hour break for lunch (He also works at The Paris Hotel and Casino.) so as my food arrives, my friend has to bounce back on the clock. He leaves and talks with our waiter about the check. As Im eating, the waiter comes to me and says my friend took care of the check including tip! The Manager didn’t charge my buddy for his food with the bonus hair in it. Im not mad at all, the manager took care of it and Im sure to return to this restaurant again, my buddy and i have enjoyed Mon Ami Gabi many times in the past and this one weird incident isn’t going to keep us away.

Service was excellent, food was great, drinks were amazing. Always love coming here.
