Best Restaurants for People Watching in The Palazzo Hotel Resort & Casino

I had a very delicious BBQ combo lunch with collard greens and mac & cheese. I have to say everything was perfect. The ribs were tender and seasoned to the point where sauce was not NECESSARY. My blended strawberry margarita was perfect. The noise level during lunch time was acceptable despite it being President’s Day with plenty of people on the Linq Promenade. I look forward to coming back.

Arrived early for our reservation, checked in and were seated almost immediately. The front of house was friendly and set the tone for the night. Dinner was fantastic. Items ordered from our group included prime Rib, rack of ribs, trash can nachos, jalapeño poppers and side salads. All of the food was great!

It is getting harder to write another review of The Palm in Las Vegas; over the years we have had consistently excellent meals and service, have made friends among the staff and fellow diners. Our first thought when planning an evening out is The Palm. Yesterday evening was no different - service and meal were both perfect. We had a 3 pound lobster (steamed, the only way) and an innovative wagyu lasagna - both were delicious. Brandon was a perfect waiter, knowledgeable and witty. Monica was a dynamo behind the bar, but made time to stop by for a moment to say hello. The runners were polite and deft in their delivery of our selections; sorry I did not get their names.

My group of four had a great dinner. We loved the ambiance and the great food. Looking forward to our next trip to Vegas to go back for another great meal.

Amazing true, wonderful bar and grill. We traveled here from Texas and was recommended this place due to it being close to home on flavor. Very hard to truly find Mexican food out of state especially when we cook as well. Thank you'll for the awesome experience
