Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Downers Grove

Love coming here. Food, service and ambience are always incredible. Would highly recommend Kama Bistro if you’re looking for a unique and very flavorful dinner experience.

Pita with the garlic,Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar was delish and light alternative to rolls. Really liked. Old Fashion was top notch. Main dinners Kabobs were delish, Filet medallions were cooked perfect, Lobster & Steak dinner was very good also. Lobster was seasoned. Service was fantastic, very attentive

The food was excellent, couldn’t have been better. I loved that they asked me how I wanted the Atlantic salmon cooked (I chose medium well— it was perfect for me). The service was very good and the atmosphere very pleasant. No complaints! We had a very enjoyable experience. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it.

Another fabulous experience! Been here numerous times and the food is always great. Service is perfect! Best calamari we’ve ever had and we’ve traveled extensively overseas to some of the best places and nothing beats Roberto’s! 

While our entire experience was excellent, I have to call out the service as some of the best we have had. It started at the host stand with a warm welcome, attentive and personal service from our waiter and ended with a sincere and kind departure by the host stand team! Truly exceptional experience all around. Add to that the food was well-prepared, perfect temp and very flavorful. We had ribeye and NY strip steaks and Caesar salads, followed up by the banana pudding. All were quite tasty! From the bar, the cocktails were very well made … old fashioned, manhattan and mojito. We look forward to our next dining experience at Weber Grill Lombard!!
