Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more.     We enjoy dining here and generally speaking everything is as expected. Tonight was extraordinary because of our waitress Wilma. We had never had her before and we were impressed with her friendly personality, her attentiveness and her overall desire to make our dining experience enjoyable. She excelled in every sense of the word. Our dinner was excellent, from the Beef Wellington to the Crab Cake entrees along with the shrimp cocktail and goat cheese appetizers. The cornbread was fresh and warm ( not rubbery) and the peach green tea was to die for. Wilma surprised us with a complimentary piece of chocolate tort with a candle where she thanked us for being good clients of Wildfire. This was completely unexpected but was warmly received. Everything was wonderful but we missed seeing management during our trip tonight.

    It’s a concise menu, but it is always phenomenal! My wife and I have been visiting Härth for more than eight years, and we never had any issue with food or service. It is one of the finest places around.
