Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Dunstable

My husband and I have been searching for a restaurant for Sunday lunch for some now we’ve found it. And what a wonderful experience! There is nothing that we could fault at Lussmanns,Harpenden. Every aspect of our experience there was perfect. I had not thought when I booked to alert the staff that my husband is partially disabled, in that he finds it hard work to walk any significant difference. This doesn’t usually matter as he can walk about 50 m with support from me. We have a wheelchair in the car and and we would use it as appropriate. Today our progress from car to restaurant, a very small distance, was hampered by the fact that the ground was very slippery. Anyway, we made it! And what a joy eating at Lussmans was. The service was impeccable, the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was out of this world delicious, the ambience was quiet despite the restaurant being busy……what’s not to like? As we were leaving we told the lovely man who helped Ken into his wheelchair that we would award them 125 out of 100 and that we would most certainly be back. Indeed we have now decided that we will eat there every Sunday lunchtime if possible. Very well done, Lussmanns Harpenden

This is the fourth Lussmans restaurant we’ve visited and the newest. The team were excellent - engaging without being obtrusive and helpful over with the menu. The restaurant is cosy and looks great. The menu is simple but really tasty. We will be back!

We arrived early so we’re shown to a seat and had drinks brought while we waited. Table available at correct time. We experienced attentive service and good food. We shall return.

over all the meal was good the service was also good. the only down side the white wine was warm. was offered ice but prefer wine ice cold not with ice watering it down.

Great to have a restaurant in Luton that has a wood fired oven that does the best pizzas. The food here is amazing and the staff are to, from the welcome you receive to the service at the table. Highly recommend this place, great food and great value
