- AandyrHampshire •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWE had a great evening at The George Unn. The service was absolutely spot on we never felt rushed but also the staff were there when needed. The food was excellent the cod loin was perfectly prepared and the steak cooked perfectly. Overall a great dining experience and we will be backMore infoGeorge InnPrice: Moderate• Pub• Rowland's Castle•4.6
- PPeterHampshire •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoWe had asked that we could have the table near the fire but did not hear that it had been fully booked until we arrived. We were offered a larger table a little away from the crowds, which was good. We felt that the starter portion was a bit small. (3 moluscs each) but they were delicious! It was good to be able to taste a couple of wines before choosing which bottle to have. That's most unusual. We were well looked after & would like to return again, but perhaps not at such a busy time, not that we had to wait for long. - NNigelWest Sussex •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 5, 2025Nice welcome, attentive server, fixed price menus had good choices, prompt service. Could not ask for more. When we lunched there were only a few diners and so chef and server were not under pressure. Our server was very pleasant and happy to talk with us. We have lunched at Fratelli in Midhurst before and it has high standardsMore infoFratelliPrice: Expensive• Italian• Midhurst•4.6
- NNatalieSurrey •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Lovely venue and very helpful staff. We had a cream tea for 2 with a glass of sparkling local wine (which we didn’t get!) Personally I don’t think I would pay that amount again for what we got, the salmon on a small roll was inedible and the sandwiches were literally a 1/4 of a piece of bread with filling each. The scone wasn’t particularly fresh and the cake offerings were tiny. The breakfast tea was lovely, and the service fabulous. So all in all don’t bother with the afternoon teas over priced, just not worth it. But service lovely so go and try the hotel, Spa and main meals.More infoThe Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa - The RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Midhurst•4.4
