Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Upper Lake

Brunch today was our (3 adults + 3 teenagers) first experience. Great in every respect! Chose GLK Lake Merritt based upon Open Table info and patron reviews. A follow up visit is a must!!

Very unique restaurant! The food is amazing and also the atmosphere. The prices are a bit high but overall are balanced with the food quality

From before the meal through the end, our experience at new-to-us Creekwood was excellent. When we called to say we’d be late because of the weather and traffic, he was extremely gracious and accommodating. The meal was delicious, but an equal highlight was the service; our waiter cheerfully dealt with requests (lots) from our party of three, and our bus-person was lovely as well. THIS is what post-Covid dining should look like! We will return soon. Anne Marshall

Very homey place (where Aunt Mary’s used to be)with warm skillful service. The food is great. We had the family meal for the table ($75 per person). It was fried petrale sole with lots of accompanying side dishes. First course was boiled peanuts in a delicious sauce. Peanuts were soft and yummy. The dessert was amazing. They called it a panna cotta but it was more custardy and topped with a few pomagrant seeds and a tiny amount pomegranate granita. It was very good and we ate it all even though we were very full.

Food was delicious We had pizza ,lovely salads and friendly service. Ambiance is cafe like so very casual. I had the clams and soaked up the delicious sauce with bread. 😋
