Executive chef and owner, Jamie Dobbin is passionate about local sourcing and traditional dishes, such as Half dozen Porthilly rock oysters with shallot dressing, Brixham King scallops with burnt butter cauliflower and caviar or Portland hogget Shepherd’s pie with grilled cutlet. We booked for Christmas Eve and had the festive menu and as always the food and service were excellent. Special mention for our waiter, Joe Lynskey, who was amazing. Thank you for a lovely evening.

First visit for us. Chic cosy with good ambiance at lunchtime Xmas Eve. Excellent cocktails will go back for that alone a lot of care. The menu was good but skewed to fish and game worth checking it out if this might not suit your guests. Food was good with thoughtful checks by staff. Good value for eating out of such a such a special day. Easy parking and nice garden for outside drinks.
