- JJudithLondon •20 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoAlways like going here but sadly the lunch menu was very poor for light bites. Just offering hard soda bread for a sandwich for example. The server listened to our thoughts & did his best to offer an alternative.More infoThe Drumming SnipePrice: Moderate• British• Woking•4.5

Had a pudding as well which was lovely. Food here is just always delicious. Highly recommendedMore infoThe Olive TreePrice: Moderate• British• Woking•4.6
- AAnnieShropshire •9 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024First visit for us. Chic cosy with good ambiance at lunchtime Xmas Eve. Excellent cocktails will go back for that alone a lot of care. The menu was good but skewed to fish and game worth checking it out if this might not suit your guests. Food was good with thoughtful checks by staff. Good value for eating out of such a such a special day. Easy parking and nice garden for outside drinks.More infoNo.15 Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• British• Chobham•4.8
- RRogerLondon •1 review4.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024We first came here a few months previously after a visit to the theatre, and the food was so good we decided to come back for our Xmas meal. The food was outstanding again, I don't think I have ever eaten better in a pub. I had the duck rillette, followed by the venison, ending with the Xmas pudding. All of it was mouth watering, especially so the venison. The table service was exemplary, the staff were obviously taking pride in their work, and rightly so, given the very high standard of the food. One of our party has a food intolerance and the manager Anna (apologies if I have remembered her name incorrectly!) was most helpful. The overall service given was of the highest standard. My only criticisms were really out of the control of the restaurant staff. One was the very high background noise level, but it was the Friday before Xmas! The other revolved around the lack of Xmas menu choice for vegans, especially in the desserts section, where the only vegan option contained peanuts, the most well-known food allergen. The kitchen was restricted by the chain owners' set menu. Greene King take note!More infoThe Ram KingstonPrice: Moderate• British• Kingston upon Thames•4.1
