Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Cookley

Good Sunday Roasts are a rarity and today we experienced the best we’ve ever had with excellent sirloin beef done to perfection and accompanied by a variety of veg.

I highly recommend the Fountain at Clent as one of the best places in the area to eat. I can't go often as we no longer live in the area, but when we are and want to eat out the Fountain would always my first choice and have never been disappointed The food and service cannot be faulted. Great choice of food and drinks. Staff are friendly and attentive and the ambience is lovley Excellent value for the quality Love when you book your name is on the menu, which is such a personal touch.

This was our first time dining at The Bay Tree and was very impressed with all the food that was served. All cooked freshly and homemade, a lot of care and attention was put into each dish presented. Couldn’t fault it at all and will return. Drinks/wine were reasonably priced too for restaurant prices. Excellent all round.

Excellent food as always and our waitress Alex was very helpful, friendly and catered for all our needs. We had a lovely cosy table by the fire on a cold Wintery day.

Lived in Wolverley for 5 yrs and not known about this pub. Booked for new yrs day lunch. Absolutely lovely. Food was great. A lovely seat by the fire. Staff were excellent. Could not fault this pub at all. Definitely will be back. Thanks
