Wonderful afternoon tea! The food was absolutely delicious and piano music a beautiful accompaniment. Seating is in an extension of the hotel lobby which wasn’t an issue at all, but just worth knowing before you book.

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea with my daughter at The Rose Lounge! The pink decor and cozy chairs made us feel like princesses, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. Love how they served everything on traditional tiered stands – the warm scones were a highlight and my daughter couldn't get enough of the treats! Perfect spot for a special mother-daughter date in London, though definitely book ahead. Worth the magical experience!

I often frequent Caffe Concerto for a sweet treat, as they are reliable in terms of their desserts and service. This one has a really beautiful interior. I had the Apple Crumble Frangipane and the Honey Vanilla Latte. The frangipane was baked well and melt in the mouth. If I had to be picky, the custard could have been warmer, but I will ask for that next time. The service was as good as always.
