Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Annandale

We took a bus from around the White House that dropped us across the street from Clyde's. We arrived at our reservation time and were immediately seated. Tables were tight so we got to know our table neighbors. Waitress greeted us immediately and follow on service was excellent. I ordered pork schnitzel and it was fabulous. Wife ordered crab cake sandwich which came with a salad. Both were great. We ended with key lime pie...again tasty. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Good food, excellent value. Friendly service. Mondays are half off bottles from their wine list. We had bottle of Amarone for the price I would have paid in some restaurants for a Chianti.

This was our first visit to Tony & Joe's Seafood Place. The host was wonderfully kind and welcoming. We had a reservation for two and the time of day we were there (after 2pm/Sunday), wasn't crowded. We were given a choice of tables and had a wonderful view of the river. The ambiance was light and cheery. A very nice vibe for the time of day. Our meal was absolutely delightful and came out in a timely manner. The cod and crab were amazing. (I would definitely order that again!!!) The ribs were delicious and well-seasoned with a dry rub. I was shocked at the portion size of a half rack and had plenty to take home because I couldn't eat them all. Our waiters and servers were professional, attentive and not at all overbearing. Everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend Tony & Joe's Seafood Place and will definitely return with more friends.

One of our favorite restaurants (& not just Greek restaurant). Reasons: Fabulous food. This is no run-of-the-mill Greek restaurant. In my view, an elevated dining experience. Pick anything and you will get fresh food prepared exquisitely whether it be vegetables (and they take their vegetable items seriously), seafood, chicken, lamb or beef.. So when my wife & I dined on Feb 19, we each had our favorite appetizers (spanakopita for her; saganaki for me); she had the filet mignon and I had the lamb chops & a mousakka (primarily for lunch the next day. I also had the sausage and peppers special appetizer and it was great. Great service from Marija - she is new but very attentive Fabulous hospitality from Romina (Manager/Host) - We've know Romina for some time. A true professional. I am trying to understand the complexities of Greek wine. So we always ask her to pick a bottle for us to try and we are never disappointed! All this = restaurant is always full. So make a reservation early

Food and service is excellent! Our server was great very attentive and the owner Jay was great ca me over to our table and made sure everything was great! Excellent restaurant and we will be back.
