Chowder was delicious and hot temperature wise, which i love. I had the fattoush salad with salmon. Salad was light and fresh, but not much farro. Service was excellent. This place is always solid.

All around solid— great food, service & ambiance. Definitely going back soon.

Katie and all the staff at 7 South are welcoming, helpful, professional and efficient. It is a perfect place for a friend gathering. The bar is terrific and food is very good.

My wife eats very simple so she got the trifungo with grilled chicken which she liked, I got the chicharrón de pollo with rice and beans. Those beans were cooked to perfection and the fried chicken was delicious. The place is very clean the ambiance is great. I’d turn the music down just one notch. They also have tvs in the main area which is awesome and I saw two in the back area too. There is a mix of high tops, bar seating, and regular tables. Service was great. The parking is the only bad thing about this area. You have to park at the alewife train station and walk over due to there being no parking! Or uber! Or talk the train to alewife and walk over! Great place to enjoy the food
