Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in West Roxbury

We attended the Reggae Brunch and it was awesome a must try next time around

Antonio’s is a wonderful neighborhood spot with high quality Italian food (real and fresh, and made with fresh ingredients). There are some unique items on the menu; you feel like you’ve discovered something out of the ordinary. Salmon “meatballs” as a small plate appetizer…crispy duck breast on polenta…lemon cake… All delicious! And this is slower (but not slow) dining. Service is friendly and welcoming to returning neighbors and newcomers alike. Relax, slow down, and enjoy the atmosphere and your meal. You’ll want to return!

Fantastic, as always! We went for something a little different - the crab cakes and the uovo Benedictine, and both were great, but the real stars were the cocktails. Absolutely stellar espresso martini and “direct flight to Rome” a perfectly balanced espresso & amaro cocktail that I fell in love with. We’ll certainly be back (again and again!)

We had the four wines offered in the wine symposium and really learned a lot. We drank northern and southern Greek wines with dolmas and mushrooms and a lovely pita stuffed with feta and a lamb shank. Every fish was delicious and beautifully presented. It’s fun to sit at the bar and watch the chefs. Highly recommend! And Wednesdays are super busy so get there early! Lotsa fun!
