Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Arnold

Great atmosphere, food, and drinks. Food was cooked to perfection. The chicken dinner was delicious, as was every steak dish ordered that night. The Crab dip with bread was a perfect appetizer. We were celebrating two birthdays and were surprised by two complimentary desserts at the end of our meal. Definitely a first class restaurant!

The experience overall was great. Our server Jacob was amazing. His food and drink recommendations were top notch. We enjoyed everything we ordered which included the fried green tomatoes, shrimp & scallop risotto, Chesapeake pasta, and the snake bite pasta.

Great Sunday brunch. It was my husbands birthday and everyone was so attentive. The variety of food was great. The service was awesome. The only thing I would change and it is minor, is that when dining at a nice restaurant I would rather not have my butter in plastic to go containers. Everything else was in pretty bowls and set out with spoons or tongs. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful country French food in downtown Annapolis. Cozy and comfortable, our meals (Veal Francaisse & Veal Normandie) were delightful. Service was prompt and server was polite and courteous. Small details, such as a warm fire and heated serving plates shows the level of pride the chef/ owner takes. We will dine there again and often.

Have been to Donnelly’s several times, but always in warm weather. Decided to go with a couple of friends. The winter view was just as beautiful! Staff couldn’t have been nicer and it wasn’t as crowded as it can get in summer, for sure. Highly recommend for a casual, but very nice, dinner, in a lovely waterside setting.
