We had a very nice dinner with friends, and the food was delicious as always. The service was prompt and friendly, and the view of Vancouver from our table was lovely.

Wonderful evening the filet was cooked to perfection the smashed potatoes to die for unfortunately our grandson was not I hope we did not negatively affect those by our table regardless our servers we’re simply terrific we will definitely comeback the next time we visit Vancouver you should too

After having a difficult time navigating the complex Hilton/Crystal parkade, we finally found our way to the hotel lobby, and the restaurant, 20 minutes late. Better signage would be helpful. We enjoyed a lovely 3-course Valentines dinner with generous, tasty portions of food. Service was excellent, and our server, Linh, was very attentive and polite throughout the evening. On a less significant note, we thought the dress code of some of the other staff was a bit inconsistent. We gave a lower score (3) on ambience because the large screen TVs took away from the fine dining experience. Overall it was a very nice evening, however, and we would certainly recommend the restaurant to others. In fact, we have already done so. We'd love to come back, especially for other special occasion menus that we receive email notifications about.
