We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. Dena our server was super friendly and a good sport about dry January! Enjoyed the atmosphere but it’s super chilly sitting near the windows! We ran out of time before our show and ended up getting soup and salad. Both were delicious but I want to go back to try an actual meal. The plates they were carrying out looked lovely! Definitely a place I’ll come back to!

Great food and plenty of it. Our server was very attentive and we get there in time for happy hour. Great place to eat.

Great choice for straightforward well prepared prime rib, burgers, sides and deserts. Very good welcoming and friendly service. All at a reasonable price in a relaxing comfortable atmosphere.
