Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in New Hope

Amazing seasonal menu that includes innovative dishes executed to perfection. Outstanding cocktails and varieties of wine options. Ian provided outstanding service for beverage options and out waiter, Emilio, was terrific.

Tonight was our third visit and The Hawke didn’t disappoint. Easy Valet upon arrival. Then our excellent server Donna took over. Our meals were excellent. Ambiance is great at Yhe Hawke. Cozy dining rooms, lively bar. Everything works as it should. Highly recommended. Definitely holds true to the groups other ventures. Try Metro in Ewing and Metro North Princeton. Their quality is paramount, but what gets me every time is the consistency. Excellent restaurant group.

We had a lovely dinner last night and were favorably impressed. Everything was perfect (which is not the case at many restaurants lately). The renovated dining room is very lovely and spacious. The food was delicious and the appetizers were so generously sized that they could have nearly sufficed as entrees. We had the calamari and grilled octopus as appetizers the sea bass and duck as entrees. Even the bread/rolls were to die for. The service was also very attentive and professional. We will be back soon.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here. From the moment we stepped into the doors and met Mario the owner, we knew we made the right decision. The food, service and ambiance were spectacular. We both had the Yukon soup. Delicious! My Lamb Loin and my husband’s short ribs were also delicious. But dessert was was beyond delicious. We will be back.

Waitress was a bit hassled and curt. Food was good but menu was limited and no where near as unique as it had been. Decor was not as cozy as it used to be. More of a “just another ok place to eat.” Sadly!
