Delicious food. Accomodated a food sensitivity with care and were willing to substitute another side. The service was attentive and came with a smile. My water glass was always being filled. Very enjoyable dinner and time at Mollie Aspen.

First time back after the renovation. The menu was upgraded, the space revitalized and the service was excellent. As w everything in Aspen it’s pricier, but worth it.
