- IIrenevipNew York City •41 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoUnique entrees with top notch quality! A wonderful friendly hostess to greet diners and good service! We had crispy calamari with fried artichokes and Greek olives. Perfectly cooked octopus with potatoes. For entrees we chose the shrimp and grits with delightful mascarpone polenta, spinach and chorizo. My friend had the Al dente pasta with perfectly cooked short ribs. And for the dessert we had star of the show Mounds dessert with hot chocolate poured over to form a ganache shell and the special of the day dessert which was a muffin style apple crumb cake with apple compote. Soooo yummy! What a perfect meal Kudos to the chef on his “First” restaurant! Well done!More infoF1RSTPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Hawthorne•4.8
- EErnestoNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024The Hill serves quality, well prepared and reasonably priced food. Expect to spend about $90 or more per person for a two-course meal with a drink and tip. Our waitress for our party of 7 was exceptional, handling our various requests with aplomb. The dining room was about half full early on a Friday night. The ambience lent itself to conversation and the patronage ranged from children to seniors. This is a great place for multi-generational gatherings and celebrations.More infoThe Hill - Closter, NJPrice: Expensive• American• Closter•4.6

- WWarrenNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 8, 2024I had one of their specials: Halibut with Butternut Squash ravioli. The halibut was done perfectly, but the ravioli was flat, small, and nearly crushed. It was also hard and crispy. I wasn't expecting that. What I was envisioning was the halibut sitting on top of large fully puffed ravioli with a light sauce. I will not be getting that again. If you like butternut squash ravioli, look elsewhere.More infoBiagio'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Paramus•4.6
