We started with the grilled octopus, which was absolutely perfect – tender and beautifully seasoned. But the real magic happened when our filet mignons arrived. I know it sounds like a cliché, but these steaks truly do melt in your mouth. Every bite was pure bliss. Our server Niki deserves special praise. She had that wonderful ability to appear exactly when needed while letting us enjoy our evening uninterrupted. Actually, the entire staff worked seamlessly together, from the attentive busboys to the owner himself. It's clear why this has become our favorite restaurant. The best part? Valentine’s Day is always difficult at a restaurant but it could not have been nicer. From the welcome we received at the front (big smiles, coat check, etc) through dessert and a complimentary rose on leaving, it was a magical evening. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.
