Ce restaurant traditionnel chinois est situé à Knightsbridge. Il est aussi bien fréquenté par les locaux que par les hommes d’affaires, ou par les clients du Harrods à la fin de leur après-midi shopping. Le décor est richement composé de divers objets orientaux, et l’atmosphère est accueillante et détendue. Vous pourrez y déguster les plus grandes spécialités chinoises, ainsi que de nombreux plats propres à l’établissement. Parmi eux, vous y trouverez un canard très parfumé, un loup de mer cuit à la vapeur, ainsi que des plateaux de fruits de mer assortis. De nombreuses options végétariennes sont également disponibles, notamment à base de poulet reconstitué et de crevettes. Sans oublier la fameuse Monk’s casserole, qui correspond à un délicieux mélange de légumes frais et conservés, cuisinés dans un pot en terre cuite.

Making his way from Lebanon through Europe, Imad shared his skills cooking for other refugees, up to 400 at a time, and found even in the most challenging times, his passion for food and bringing people together to celebrate life was strong.

Situé dans un endroit à la mode, le restaurant est assez bruyant et les tables rapprochées. Dans l’assiette, c’est bon et conforme à ce qu’on attend d’un resto moyen-oriental, sans touche particulière d’originalité, mais c’est frais et copieux.
