The steak is USDA-certified prime beef, dry-aged for four to six weeks - longer than anywhere else on the West Coast! Our award-winning bone-in filet was the 1st on the West Coast. The crab is Dungeness, harvested from the Pacific Ocean, and roasted in a savory garlic-butter sauce that is positively addicting.

    Went for Christmas. Was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The service was top notch, the food was delicious, drinks came out promptly, and the inside decor was very welcoming and unique. We started with the crab and artichoke dip, split the 2 whole crabs, and shared the garlic noodles and baked potato. Everything was so good, I highly recommend the crab!

    Food was excellent. We had oysters, popcorn shrimp, garlic bread, fish/chips, burger. Service was very good but the place was a little loud. Overall great food and it was open on Christmas Day! Yay!

    We were in San Francisco celebrating our 10th anniversary and decided to have some sushi. After much searching, I found this restaurant, which had great reviews. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was exceptional. We were greeted with a happy anniversary card and some champagne. The food was delicious, and our waitress was amazing. We truly enjoyed our dining experience, and we will definitely come back.

    The Star is a comfortable, casual restaurant focusing on good service and friendly staff. We had a good time, neither of my friends had been there before so they really enjoyed the salad and pizza we shared.
